started by a practicing medical doctor in late 2000 to help individuals
obtain access to affordable health care and other health related services,
including discounted lab work. PDC assists its members by
providing patient advocacy by qualified medical staff to guide patients
through the present health care maze.
PDC delivers several health care products to its members, which
include: (1) medical

Medical Insurance plans from Affinity Group Underwriters.
PDC's partnering insurance agents also provide groups access to High Deductible Health Plans
and Health Savings
Accounts. These insurance plans are separate but compliment
