Please follow the instructions below to receive lab work discounts. Lab test fees must be paid in advance. You may use your credit card for speed and convenience.

Instructions:

As a Best Benefits member you can receive discounts, from 15% - 70% on lab work by prepaying your fees. This discount is only available for services performed at Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp) nationwide locations or at Quest Diagnostic locations in west Florida.

Before you go in for lab work, call the appropriate member services number listed below to obtain pricing and to prepay for your services. A member service representative will help you find a lab facility in your area.

Please make sure that for Pathological Services (papsmear, biopsy, skin scrapping, etc.), you have the physician’s office contact member services before the physician sends the sample for analysis. Call 813-968-7007

IMPORTANT NOTE: Lab test fees must be paid in advance. The only way members can receive these negotiated discounts is to prepay by calling PDC Member Services in Florida at 813-968-7007 or toll-free at 866-582-7828 before going for testing or having pathology samples sent to the lab. Unless test fees are paid in advance, the Lab will charge the member for the full non-discounted price at the time of service. Your credit card is required for payment. Members can only use Patient Service Centers for Laboratory Corporation of America (“LABCORP”) in Florida and nationwide, or Quest Diagnostics, Inc. (“QUEST”) in west Florida. Prices are subject to change.

The PDC Lab Testing Discount Program is not health insurance.
